Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Measure Kit Pro mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law.

3. Measurements disclaimer

Measure Kit Pro is a tool for photo documentation and manually entered measurements. It does not physically measure objects and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify critical measurements with a physical measuring tool before ordering materials, cutting, installing, or building. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of measurements and decisions made using the App.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, recordings, notes, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). Your Content is stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for the content you create and share.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
